Job Description

Selkirk Off Road is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a sales/customer service representative. We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks and handle all aspects of our customer’s needs. You build relationships with every customer you interact with. You’re the first person they see when they walk in the shop and talk on the phone. You will help maintain our online sales process and systems. We’re a small company and everyone helps out where/when needed. You have a positive attitude and a willingness to help everyone on the team. This is a full-time, in-person role in Sandpoint, ID.

What You’ll Be Doing

– Answer the shop phone

– Serve walk-in customers on the show floor

– Support online sales inquiries via email, phone, text

– Keep our online sales system up-to-date

– You provide incredible service to our customers. You make order from chaos, and keep our customers exceptionally satisfied

Requirements

– Sales experience

– Customer service experience

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills

– Passion for Overland/Off-road culture
